We are impartial to both employer and employee, and always make sure that the understanding runs both ways. Although we use a formal framework to manage expectations and set realistic goals, our methods of engagement are informal and friendly. We like to meet everyone we work with in an informal setting, where we can sit down, get to know each other, and discuss the process.
