Louise is a Trainer, Business Consultant and Executive Coach with over 20 years consultancy experience at KPMG LLP where she worked on private and public sectors engagements with a particular focus on Education and Training.
Louise develops training and learning interventions in collaboration with Leaders and their teams to really understand their core business values and needs and how this is translated into bespoke training aligning both organisational and individual goals. In addition to bespoke training Louise is a qualified teacher and has developed courses aligned to qualifications, for example whilst working as a Curriculum Leader at Newcastle-under-Lyme College. Recently Louise was a Quality Manager and Skills Coach on the CSL Apprenticeship Programme, on Leadership and Management Apprenticeships. This involved working with public sector agencies such as the DfES (Department for Education & Skills), HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs), the Prison Service and the DWP (UK Department of Work and Pensions). On two Apprenticeship programmes Louise supported individuals throughout their learning journey allowing them to demonstrate their new skills and behaviors back in the workplace.
As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an Executive Coach, Louise is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their goals. She works with individuals and teams guiding them through major change programmes. Louise develops purposeful coaching relationships with clients, encouraging and challenging them to raise their self-awareness, confidence and motivation to achieve their goals. Louise’s approach to coaching is positive with appropriate challenge and feedback to explore the root of issues and barriers and as a result, develop high quality solutions. With a strong interest in positive psychology and strength development Louise coaches clients to develop a clear and accountable plan of action to achieve their full potential in a pragmatic and practical way. Louise provides through coaching, the time and space allowing individuals and teams to think, reflect, develop and grow.
As a Prince2 Project Manager Louise has extensive experience of working on medium to large consultancy engagements and leading Project Management Offices to ensure all aspects of the change process are monitored and meet time and budgetary commitments. With a keen eye for detail, alongside her focus on quality assurance Louise ensures all areas of client engagements are brought to a successful conclusion for all parties.
Having held a Global Risk and Quality Management role for a large Financial Sector organisation, Louise was responsible for ensuring quality and compliance standards were met on global consultancy projects, this also involved her delivering training around statutory requirements.
