Proud to have been commisioned by BALPA to produce interactive webinars
A recent example of a project commissioned by British Airline Pilots Association (BALPA), the aviation union, to develop resilience in pilots covered the following over a series of interactive webinars:
Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW)
The airline industry has faced unprecedented challenges during course of the pandemic creating uncertainty and anxiety. As air travel starts to resume ensuring your teams have the resilience to cope with the challenges ahead will promote wellbeing and performance.
It has been developed to provide insight into the resilience of individuals, teams and leaders. It increases employee’s self-awareness of their current levels of resilience and provides a visual platform to start coaching conversations about developing key areas of their resilience. Embedded within the WRAW programme are a tool kit of coping strategies tailored to their needs which are explored and applied through individual or group coaching. It also generates rich generic data which can be used to support your workforce more effectively and engender a culture of wellbeing and high performance.
It provides a flexible and affordable solution to developing resilience in your teams. The psychometric questionnaire is administered online to individuals. It reflects personal resilience and the impact on wellbeing for leaders, teams and organisations. The leader and organisation reports offer insights into leadership behaviours that influence employee resilience and highlight specific pressure points.
