Louise Pode is a People Champion and Culture Lead at ProAbility Ltd, an Executive Coach and a Master Practitioner in Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing (WRAW).
WRAW is a psychometric tool developed to provide insight into the resilience of individuals, teams and leaders. It increases employee’s self-awareness of their current levels of resilience and provides a tool kit of coping strategies tailored to their needs. It also provides employers with rich generic data which can be used to support your workforce more effectively and engender a culture of wellbeing and high performance.
WRAW provides a flexible and affordable solution to developing resilience in your teams. The psychometric questionnaire is administered online to individuals. It reflects personal resilience and the impact on wellbeing for leaders, teams and organisations. The leader and organisation reports offer insights into leadership behaviours that influence employee resilience and highlight specific pressure points. Following the reports there is a choice of 1:1 coaching or group coaching to enable individuals to develop their self-awareness and become more resilient.
WRAW is based on the 5 Pillars of resilience, which provides a holistic view, covering thinking style and the emotional and physical elements that impact wellbeing.
